Activity under Action 2 cannot commence until approval has been received. Action 3 activity can begin on the 1st January 2006, however in order for the Mainstreaming Partnership Application (MPA) to go through the required appraisal process, applications would require to be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the start date stated on the submitted application form.
