Significant ChangesSignificant changes should be notified to the Support Unit using the pro-forma which is available to download from our website (www.objective3.org/equal) giving details of the proposed change and the reason and impact of the change.
Delays in submitting correctly completed Significant Changes can affect the processing of quarterly claims and result in delays in payment. The Support Unit are always happy to discuss proposed changes in advance of submission to ensure that no such delays occur What constitute a Significant Change as detailed in the Action 2 and 3 Approval Contract.
Changes of the sort outlined below can alter progress to approved targets whether financial or output related.
It is very important that DPs remember to discuss identified Significant Changes with the Support Unit prior to them being undertaken as failure to do so could result in the change and any costs incurred being ruled ineligible.
The following list gives examples of significant changes, this is not an exhaustive list. Any Development Partnership which considers that its project may be subject to such a change should contact the Support Unit to discuss the proposal:
Changes to DP activity, including delivery partner and/or timescales for achievement, from that outlined in the approval contract (Schedules 1-4);
