Leading PrinciplesEqual is a testing ground for developing and disseminating new ways to deliver employment policies which combat all forms of discrimination and inequality experienced by those trying to get in to the labour market and those already in it. It has employed a fresh approach to tackling those issues, based on six leading principles.
