The Scottish Objective 3 Programme Management Executive (PME) has been in operation since May 1998 and is responsible for the day to day management and delivery of the Objective 3 Programme in Scotland. 

One of our key aims is to provide support to applicant organisations.

We are the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the content and delivery of the Objective 3 Programme in Scotland and can provide advice and support on:

• The European Social Fund and how it is delivered in Scotland
• the scope of the Scottish Objective 3 Programme
• eligibility issues
• project development
• project appraisal processes
• submission of applications and quarterly financial claims

Staff Re-organisation

From Monday 6th June PME programme staff responsible for administering applications and processing claims for projects will now be responsible for particular organisations.   This will hopefully enable organisations to contact one member of staff irrespective of the priority applied under.  To find out which members of staff are responsible for processing your applications or claims please see Objective 3 - Team
