The constitution of the company reflects the sectoral representation of the Objective 3 Partnership. The company has 8 members, and, each member has a nominated representative on the board. It is the responsibility of the above individuals to ensure the strategic direction of the company, working in tandem with the Programme Monitoring and Management Committees to ensure the most efficient use of resources for the benefit of the wider partnership and the delivery of the Programme Objectives.
Meetings are held quarterly in January, April, July and October.
