Claims Administrators - are responsible for checking claims, providing assistance with completion of claims and conducting claims surgeries. The claims enquires team can be contacted on claimsenquiries@objective3.org Claims Surgeries If you are experiencing problems with claims or are new to ESF we conduct claims surgeries at the PME or at the applicant organisation if this is more suitable.
