Forms

If you are a new applicant you are required to register by completing an Objective 3 Registration Form and you must also register at https://sedsh10.sedsh.gov.uk/

Applicants are advised to register as early as possible prior to any application deadlines.  DCS-Registration Guidance provides further information on this stage of the process.

Application

There are 3 parts to the Application Form. 
Part 1 of the Application Form should be completed on-line at https://sedsh10.sedsh.gov.uk/

Parts 2 (Compliance) and 3 (Justification) are now combined into one word document which you can download from Application Form 2006.

All 3 parts of the form should be completed following the relevant guidance - Applicant Guidance and Appraisal Framework April 2006
