There are several essential guidance documents that you should refer to when applying for Objective 3 funding. Click on the links below to download these documents.

The Programme Complement and Revised Measure Fact Sheets provide detailed information on each of the priorities and measures supported in the programme and include the types of projects, activity and target groups supported under each measure.

Objective 3  ESF Core Guidance Applications Guidance and Forms provides information on ESF rules e.g. who can apply, match funding arrangements, how to add value to existing provision, definitions of terms, compliance with legislation etc.

The Objective 3 Applicant Guidance and Appraisal Framework  Applications Guidance and Forms is essential when completing Part 2 and Part 3 of the application as it gives information on how your project will be appraised and scored.

DCS Functional Applications Guidance (Notes for Completion of Parts 1 and 2).  This document provides functional guidance to assist the completion of applications to structural funds and includes information on compliance with ESF rules, who should sign applications, publicity requirements and what can be claimed as an eligible cost.
