The priority will also encourage childcare training and employment opportunities and seeks to provide preventative assistance to unemployed individuals aged 16-64. Assistance to adults and young people will seek to enhance existing forms of labour market support such as the New Deal for Young People. There is a single Measure in Priority 1.
