Priority 5 - Addressing Gender Imbalance The aim of Priority 5 is to address gender imbalance in the labour market and improve equality between women and men in terms of employment, education, training and enterprise. Activities that tackle gender imbalance such as training in under-represented occupations, careers advice to pre-school leavers, research and dissemination of work-life balance best practice, and equal opportunities training can all be supported. Both employed and unemployed beneficiaries can be supported under this Priority.
