Horizontal Themes are incorporated into the 5 Advisory Group (AG) criteria. Quality Thresholds For the 7th round application round the following Quality Thresholds apply: All projects must score at least 15 out of 20 for Previous Experience. Applications scoring less than this will not be appraised further. All projects must score at least 10 out of 20 for Strategic Integration, Added Value and Objective 2 Complementarity. Applications failing to meet the Quality Threshold of 10/20 for each of these criteria will not be appraised further. All projects must score at least 60 out of 120 for the 5 Advisory Group criteria AND at least 105 out of 200 in total. Projects which are recommended for approval but score less than 6 on any one or more criteria scored by the Advisory Group will be “approved subject to” particular issues being addressed.
