The Appraisal Process
Applications submitted to the Objective 3 PME go through a rigorous and transparent appraisal process based on 10 key Appraisal Criteria. All applications are appraised by the PME and Advisory Groups before being put forward to the Management Committee for approval. Some areas of the programme are under a Rolling Programme and the rest are part of the Mainstream Programme with an annual application deadline and applications are appraised slightly differently for each. Organisations with existing projects may also be able to submit a continuation application.
