ROLLING PROGRAMME Applications can be submitted at any time throughout the year and project start dates are permitted from the date of submission of the application. Alternatively, applicants may opt to wait for notification of approval before starting the project. The timescale for appraisal under the rolling programme is a maximum of 12 weeks.
As with the mainstream programme, applications are appraised by PME staff and members of the relevant Advisory Group. Recommendations for approval are then made to the Minister responsible for Structural Funds, after which successful applicants are issued with an offer of grant.
Applications received within each quarter will be appraised by the PME and Advisory Groups at the next meeting. Applications to all priorities and measures are currently suspended |
