Info You Need To Know : Publicity
The European Commission requires all projects in receipt of European
Structural Fund assistance to acknowledge this support publicly therefore
projects funded under the Objective 3 Programme must ensure that they publicise
the financial support they have received.
There are a number of ways in which applicants can publicise their ESF
project including:
- Plaques / Site Signage
- Reports produced such as Annual Reports, Project Evaluations
- Marketing material: brochures, posters and other forms of printed
publicity
- Press releases and editorial features
- Media advertising including recruitment
- Project openings and events
- Project documentation such as enrolment forms, beneficiary information
Using the Scottish-European Logo
There is a specific logo which applicants can use when publicising their
project. This logo is called 'Scottish-European Logo'.
There are two versions which are available from the downloads section of the
website.
Version 1 - The logo with the strap line
"Europe and Scotland Making it work together" is the logo used for promoting
Structural Fund activity within Scotland. This logo can be used on
general promotional materials.
Version 2 - The logo with the additional strap line "PROJECT PART-FINANCED BY
THE EUROPEAN UNION Europe and Scotland making it work together" should be used
when publicising a specific project.
